After an accident a few years back I was using a wheelchair, we rang them and they said they had a lift. When we went it was a really cramped service lift at the back and it came out in the kitchen. It was manic, crammed with chefs and staff. You could barely see anything for the steam. It wasn't an experience I was keen to repeat, so we then switched to having our orders delivered.
