best chippy in saddleworth! have they not chippy tee often, so it is a tasty bite when we do and no one likes soggy fish and chips, so if we have our treatment, diggle chippy is always our first choice. fish perfectly boiled in crispy teig, the best chips and delicious cakes, cheese and bevel is my fav! the personal is beautiful, always chatting and happy too! Had this 3 weeks running now on a Tuesday and have to say lovely.Seems that they've upped their game as it's much better now than on a few previous visits reported.Roll on next Tuesday! View all feedback.

Most disappointed, was looking forward to this but alas mediocre fish chips. The proprietor was using veg oil for the frying, he seemed to be catering for the veggie crowd rather than people who prefer taste. Sorry but most over hyped fishy visited in a long time.
Having just moved back north after 30 years in London I was looking for a local fish and chip shop that reminded me of my childhood fish supers. Diggle Chippy only a short drive from my our new place so checked this out today and it's made my move complete!!!! Fantastic owners, friendly and knowledgeable, made you feel really welcome. And the fish and chips???? Cooked fresh while you wait and tasted absolutely fantastic. Amongst the best fish and chips i've ever had, and as a northerner, believe me, i've had a lot of fish and chips in my time. Do NOT miss this place. Will become my weekly treat.
Fantastic fish and chips here. Freshly cooked. They have a selection of cakes and brews for afters. FIRST CLASS
We love Diggle Chippy. After a long walk there is nothing better than calling into this fabulous little place. The friendliest staff and top quality food. Everything is freshly cooked, crispy and tasty.
Had fish and potato scallops my partner had fish chips they were absolutely delicious not greasy at all full of flavour just as you would expect the staff are absolutely excellent

Absolutely tasty eating, very good value and the staff are friendly. eating is always hot and very fresh. best chippy in diggle and environment.
I can see why it's the top spot for Chippy's,had fish chips and curry. it was so beautiful. well done to all. will soon be back

The best chippy in the whole of England The staff are the most friendly polite people you will encounter and the service is impeccable, the food is so amazing the best chips,fish and scollops.
