The last three times I tried to order food here, I was told the wait is 30 minutes. That seems to be waiting for a sandwich for a long time. I've seen them turn customers off with this statement when the lobby barely has customers. I don't think the business is busy with online orders and personal orders. I wouldn't recommend coming here during lunchtime. View all feedback.
Ordered our food at 7pm, got it at 7:30, the kids meal was right, but the regular sandwiches were wrong. Took the sandwiches back up for them to get it right. Waited another half hour before giving up and asking for a refund. The entire time there were several people there just waiting 30+ minutes for their food. Whoever was in charge sounded annoyed with his team and when he wasn't around the team moved slowly and with a total lack of interest in actually working.
This place is a joke. Waited for our order to finally get our sandwiches and see that they have the order wrong. They asked what sandwiches we ordered and supposedly began to make the right order. We waited another half an hour and gave up and got a refund. All the time we were there, the staff sounded like they were fighting. You just have to close this location down or hire a whole new staff that takes care of the work. Don't waste your time here!
A bit annoying I had ordered 2 sandwiches, and unfortunately both sandwiches were mixed with the other sandwiches items, this is unfortunately the second time that this happened. I love fireworks, but I don't want me to order half of mine and half of the other sandwich. I want to come back, but I also want to see what I ordered with 40 issues and a tip. I hope next time?
Upon arriving a little after they opened they were just not prepared. The pop machine didn?t have ice nor was the pop even working. Luckily the food was good. Hopefully management can pick things up and get everyone on same page and continue to run a business that provides service and an enjoyable place to eat at. Being first experience here, that?s always the one the matters most and brings people back so hopefully, again, that gets taking care for the next persons. Well after leaving I went to bathroom?.dirty. Soap dispenser does not work nor the hand sanitizer dispenser works. Only one bathroom available as other is out of service. And to add, the whole place filled with smoke like something got burned. This is all unfortunate and I feel bad but this is a business and as human beings we have to have higher standards to set examples for people and next generations. Hope this place can get attention it needs and make changes for success.
Check your order! Don't expect a good experience. Not only did they miss sandwiches for my order, they also missed sandwiches for other pickup orders after mine. I had to return to the restaurant and there was no attempt to remedy the situation. I will not be returning to this location. Staff was not friendly and did not say a word after several minutes of waiting in their online order pickup location. Quality of food left a lot to be desired.
