Well worth stopping by during your gate 2 crawl Miki 's has been in Okinawa city for decades, and has always operated as a wonderful little mom n ' pop shop. The shop owner is probably the friendliest lady I have known, and makes some damned good food.

I was very happy to see they were st... read more I have been dining at Mickey's since 1992 when it was located where Koza Music is located on gate 2 street in Okinawa city. I was very happy to see they were still serving customers at the new location nearby. The food is good and the menu has english and japanese. I believe the nice lady cooking is the daughter of the Mamasan that was at the gate 2 location years ago. We parked at the municipal parking at the library at the top of the street and walked to the restaurant. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a guy smoking at the bar and we did not enjoy smelling smoke while eating. See you again soon!
