Mickey's - Okinawa

I have been dining at Mickey's since 1992 when it was located where Koza Music is located on gate 2 street in Okinawa city. I was very happy to see they were still serving customers at the new location nearby. The food is good and the menu has english and japanese. I believe the nice lady cooking is the daughter of the Mamasan that was at the gate 2 location years ago. We parked at the municipal parking at the library at the top of the street and walked to the restaurant. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a guy smoking at the bar and we did not enjoy smelling smoke while eating. See you again soon!

Mickey is a monster in The kitchen, she owned that! And she has a big heart, pure simpathy! She does everything by herself and by the heart, no need to measures she knows How! Cheap and marvellous!

Good food, with English friendly owners. Recommend the chicken teriyaki and garlic chicken is 10/10 for garlic lovers. Can cater for groups with fast service.

I came here for the pig feet and boy it did not disappoint me. The food is amazing!!! Anybody that loves pig feet should come here and be prepared to come back! :

Everytime I come out here, one of the places I frequent. Great home cooked style food, owner is super nice!
