Gajimaru - Okinawa

I love this place. great and diverse rämen menu above all but they can really not go wrong with any dish they receive. they have English-language menus and English-language personal. super also.

We ordered takeout sat to wait as they did. the pasta and hamburg steak were delicious and had a really good portion size. the inner is spacious with a friendly, airy beach vibe. the staff was also very friendly.

I went in the evening so that the bolognese pasta was sold out and there was only one kind of raw cake left. we ate the mabo dofu and I really enjoyed it. we had not mabo dofu in years since they did not find mabo dofu without animal derived ingredients. my man enjoyed the French pommes with meat sauce and cheese. the raw cake was delicious and they served us with a passion fruit as a gesture of courtesy. the restaurant design and interieur is really nice with sitting outdoors and swinging at the verandas.

I got the tonkotsu ramen and now days later I'm still thinking about how delicious it was. Very complex and the noodles were well cooked. Definitely the best meal I had in Naha.

As the title says, everything was spectacular here from the comfort food appetizers to the ramen. As the other user said, I've had plenty of vegan ramen in out of Japan and this has to be top 3 ramen I've ever had. That creamy tanteman is to die for. Check out and support this place when you are in Okinawa! If weather permits, sit in the patio as it is such a nice ambiance.
