The chicken was extremely over cooked and was very dry. The wings were not shaken and coated evenly, instead the sauce was just dumped on top. The wait was far past the time noted when I ordered them and it was very crowded View all feedback.
I come to the Wingstop on 12th Street in Ogden almost everyday at different times of the day. I so far have seen the most disgusting place no one there wears gloves at all while handling food, I have seen multiple people wipe there nose with their bare hand without washing their hands at all. Most of the men there have beards none of them cover the beards but always playing with their beards and then handling the food. I've seen one female scratch her butt then handles the food without washing her hands. Where is the manager in all of this like seriously. After seeing everything that I do everyday I would never recommend this place at all to anyone until they have better managers and a GM that can see everything that is going on in there store. I am a manager at a different store and believe me my staff loves me but I also get on there cases about certains things and they still love me. Let me come manage this store and watch you'll see a difference and changes.
The older gentleman. Great with customer service! Gave me exact quote times. Was on point. Offered me a drink carrier. Explained thru what flavors tasted like what n what best pairs with the honey mustard. First time trying and I will be back! I love the freshness of the real potatoes!
