I use to run a wingstop in Tracy CA and let me tell you. The wings I received where the right temp, right amount of sauce, ranch was fresh had to been prepped that morning and my food was done before 21 mins. Yall hit the spot within the time frame it was promised. (Side note it wasn't because they where not busy the tickets in the kitchen suggested they where extra busy). So with being busy and still getting my order in that time frame with the right quality! Thank you guys ill be ordering soon.

After witnessing this on a daily basis, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until they have better management and a general manager who pays attention to what’s happening in the store. As a manager at a different establishment, I know my staff appreciates my guidance, and I make sure to address hygiene and safety issues. If I were in charge here, you would definitely see improvements.

I really appreciated the freshness of the real potatoes!

We called and they immediately offered to remake the food or give us credit. We chose to have the food remade. Andrew, the manager was very kind and helpful with the situation. He showed us the fresh food when we arrived to make sure we were satisfied and also offered us some free brownies. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and his kindness.
