The staff was very friendly for my short pickup visit. But the experience was ruined for me by three things. I got on the email list because I could get 15% of my order. The code didn't work. They also charge an 18% service fee. That's unacceptable. And they automatically add a 15% tip. For pickup! Nope. I'll never go back to WB's because of those things.

The wait staff seemed preoccupied with assisting the customers ahead of us, making it impossible for us to place an order. After waiting for 15 minutes without any luck, we decided to give up and dine at a different restaurant nearby.

They were out of 2 of this brunch ?pop up? menu items, there was no bartender and the foodrunner gave our food away to another table. They never remade it so we got a refund. Cool building but maybe just settle for a cup ofcoffee and chill because their food operations need improvement.

I was also the only person at the table, and it was not a full restaurant at all. You also have to order at a counter, so you can?t evenorder a few drinks while you wait forever without getting up and waiting in line again. A line that is only there because thecashier is only at their place every 15 minutes. I gave this place the 3rd star only due to their great Non-Alcoholic menu andawesome NA shop. I?ll only come back here with my pregnant wife because she could order a mocktail. Disappointing
