I went with the chicken enchilada platter which includes a hard ta... read more This was my first attempt at a TacoTime and I thought the food was pretty good for fast food. I went with the chicken enchilada platter which includes a hard taco, rice and beans, and the Mexican fries (tater tots). I eat at odd hours so they weren't busy since it was around 3pm. I went through the drive thru and got it to go. The employees seemed confused about the very basic order, no special requests. It took a few minutes for them to ring it up and acknowledge the order. It then took a few minutes to get my food but nothing out of the ordinary for non peek hours. I just wasn't thrilled with the service because they seemed either confused or like I had interrupted something. They almost seems like they weren't sure they gave me the right food. I can't say exactly what was weird but I don't think I'll go back to this location even though the food was good. Something was just off about the experience.
