During a recent trip to Ja... read more I’ve tried several sushi restaurants in Utah, and after seeing an ad on Instagram, Sushi Pro made it onto my list of places to visit. During a recent trip to Japan, I experienced a few conveyor belt sushi spots, so I had a certain expectation. I initially gave this place a 2-star rating due to the slow but friendly service. The sushi was sliced quite thin, and the pieces were small. While the prices are lower than some other places, they don’t differ by much overall. The rolls tasted decent, but they lacked sufficient fish. For instance, I ordered a Spider Roll, and it barely had any soft-shell crab in it, which was quite disappointing. I believe Sushi Pro is great for those new to sushi, making it a fun and affordable option for families with kids. However, in my opinion, they need to enhance the size and thickness of their sushi, and perhaps charge a bit more. Increasing the amount of fish in their rolls would make a significant difference as well. I think customers would be willing to pay a little extra for a more satisfying serving size. In Japan, I enjoyed larger sushi slices and rolls filled with fish, which set a high standard for me. I understand I can’t expect the same experience here, but I hope Sushi Pro considers this feedback. Wishing them all the best!

The rotating track that circles the restaurant offers a variety of sushi rolls, bottled beverages, and a selection of fruits. The service was outstanding, and finding parking was easy. However, I've noticed that lately the variety has... read more Initially, my experience at Sushi Pro was fantastic, with a diverse selection of options on the conveyor belt. However, I've noticed that lately the variety has diminished, and the prices have increased significantly. During my last visit, I saw the same sushi circulating for about 20 minutes without any new additions. The flavor is decent, but the rolls tend to fall apart and aren't tightly wrapped. I would love to see more unique offerings, like the sunset roll, in addition to the standard selections. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
