My dad is hard of hearing and they both were very patient, kind and respectful with him. They treated my dad the way people used to treat their elders back in the 1950s. This is the place that baby boomers should go when they want Subway Sandwitches. This is the place to take your family. They were patient with hi... read more George and Camilo at Subway at 147 and 12th Street keep a super clean restaurant! They were so good to my dad that is hard of hearing. They were patient with him, chuckled at his jokes, they understood very well how to count the cash. My dad held out his hand semi full of change and asked Camilo to select out 8 cents and Camilo did so with kindness and respect. I haven't seen such generosity in a long time. This is the place for baby boomers and families to go and get fresh bread and service like they used to provide back in the 50, 60s and 70s. The sandwiches were built well and we were satisfied and happy with our food and the great service! Keep up the great work guys! I ordered two sandwiches: the Gre... read more I should have listened to the comments before placing my order at Subway. This was by far the worst location I've experienced. I ordered two sandwiches: the Great Garlic, which was perfect, and the Philly. I asked for peppercorn ranch and swapped to Ihc bread. Unfortunately, my Philly came with no veggies. When I called to address the issue, the manager, Ryan, informed me that there were no added veggies on my sandwich. I insisted that I wanted the veggies as advertised, but he argued with me and claimed there was nothing he could do unless I came in. To top it off, he arrogantly suggested that if I knew how to do his job, I should train his employees myself. I won't be ordering from this Subway location again.
