I am a big fan of Jamba Juice, and my usual favorite is the Strawberry Wild, along with a few other selections. Unfortunately, when I visited a few days ago, I found that many of my go-to drinks were no longer available, which was quite disappointing. Luckily, they still had the Strawberry Wild on the menu. I've typically had great experiences at Jamba, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered the Blue Vanilla smoothie with popping boba, and while the boba pearls were smaller than I prefer, it was manageable. Our smoothies were fantastic! The staff member who assisted us was friendly and prepared our drinks promptly. The establishment has also been consistently clean during all my visits. We absolutely enjoy coming here!

However, I encountered a significant issue: the coconut pieces appeared to be tiny white hairs—about half an inch long. (I really hope it was coconut.) I found myself picking out about three of these every sip until I became too uncomfortable and had to throw the smoothie away. There was no discernible coconut flavor in the drink at all. I've never had a problem at this location before, but this experience was off-putting enough that I likely won't return. Plus, it cost around $10 for a medium.
What a fantastic place! I'm so happy I decided to try Jamba Juice because I'm absolutely in love with it! Honestly, I don't think anyone makes better smoothies. The staff here is incredibly kind and friendly, and the smoothies are consistently delicious! I've had a few great experiences, like when my friend ordered a smoothie he didn't enjoy, and they happily replaced it with a different flavor at no extra charge! Another time, a staff member complimented my calming voice, and on several occasions, they've generously given me a little extra smoothie when they made too much. Thank you, Jamba Juice, for being so amazing and for serving the best smoothies ever! Much love!
The smoothies are always so yummy! I was here the other day witnessed a ?Karen? complaining basically bullying the employee. The employee handled it great, the rude customer was honestly just an adult bully that seemed pretty miserable. It?s a smoothie,come on now. No need to be crazy. Jamba juice gets crazy packed during their rush hours I don?t think many understand that.Some people don?t have patience or kindness, but the employee handled it well. 10/10 customer service 10/10 yummy smoothie.
Sadly it was closed on a Wednesday at 3pm. I love their white gummie bear smoothie. I was there to get 6 drinks for my coworkers and had to go to Starbucks instead. ????
