I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately this option is not available. we have seen the great reviews of this place and since we love pizza, we wanted to try. to... read more I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately this option is not available. we have seen the great reviews of this place and since we love pizza, we wanted to try. together with my wife and 3 years of child we drove tonight. from straßburg and arrived at around 18 o'clock. we found a table although the place was superbusy. actually in 30 minutes after our arrival, the people were at the entrance queuing, which only shows how to search for this place. also the atmosphere was good, many happy faces and good energy. that is when the catastrophe began, first, we sat on a big table next to some other people, which we did not make as we could see how full the place was. strange was that the waiter 2 rows of customers moved from our table in 10 minutes and we could see that other people also grew up from their tables to efficiently occupy the space to the maximum. even if a little unpleasant, the atmosphere was friendly and the customers did not seem disturbed. we ordered 2 beers (a big and 1 small), unfortunately it was said that they did not serve small beers!? okay, as I said that everything was positiw, so we did not notice it, we took two big beers, although my wife does not drink so much. we ordered two pizzas and could still wait after 1 hour. actually, at the one-hour and 10 minutes mark, I asked for another beer (they know what they are doing) at least the atmosphere was still good and we have nothing to do. wait after about 1h and 20 mins (without being told when we ordered that the wait is that long), the pizzas came. absolute shock! the vegetarian pizza of my wife had no mushrooms and my quattro stagione was actually a duo stagione (only sink and olive! no mushrooms, no artichokes. I was speechless. I wanted to talk to the waiter, but I had to wait 15 minutes until I could catch him, as he left pizzas and ran to others. I told him he took the pizza, came back after 5 minutes and admitted that they did not have mushrooms, but he could put artichokes and green peeper. since I was exhausted until then, I said that's not a problem. in the meantime my wife and my child have starved, they began to eat the pizza, even if it was a vegetarian with wobbles, paprika and mushrooms. that was all! during my next waiting period (more 10 minutes) I wondered if they make a new pizza or add the old ingredients? Even if the second option, I said in my head that I will take it, I was pissed at this moment. Of course, the second option was the chosen one that waiter came back with the same pizza (I knew it when I started cutting it first only on one side) but what do they know!? the green paprika and artichokes were plentiful in the did, but they were raw and the pizza was stone cold! So what they did, they took it, threw the RAW-VEGETABLES on it and brought it back! I must say that was the conclusion of my most disgusting evening meal experience ever! I traveled to so many places, not all my experiences were great, but what happened tonight is beyond any imagination. the last shot was when we got up, I took the pizza all the way into the kitchen, there was in and advised that it was cold and sweet raw and asked for the bill. I paid the bill and pressed my disgust against this terrible experience over the man I paid (probably the master waiter), who smiled very relaxed at me and said: I'm sorry! how can that be possible? it was the absolute humiliation. their attitude was as if we were not giving it about them, we have customers waiting in the waiting queue to spend their money here." it is shocking, disgusting and unbelievable. they could have thousands of customers, but surely they will not ever cross me or my wife over their door. Although many of the customers of this place are really happy, so the reviews, I am 100% sure that what happened to us tonight was not the first time or a mistake. that was the contempt for the customers because the business was too good.

So we have great food and a show. absolutely recommended for everyone who enjoys the ordinary Italian cuisine.

This was a pleasant surprise to find such good Italian food while visiting Germany. my litmus test for Italian farewell is always lasagna bolognese; and it was... read more This was a pleasant surprise to find such good Italian food while visiting Germany. my litmus test for Italian farewell is always lasagna bolognese; and it was excellent. freshly made and pierced hot, excellent taste and content to the lasagne, and a generous portion size. my wife had her special, fresh muscles. they enjoyed them, but would have a bit more character to the sauce where they were served (the soße was a simple white weeping.) the pizza there is also very good as another member of our party that ordered. overall it was a very pleasant culinary experience and eating was certainly worth a return visit.
