Das hat sich inzischen so sehr geändert,... read more Bevor Pino, der Chef, das Restaurant übernahm, hatten die Vorbesitzer das Lokal nie auf stabilem Niveau halten können. Das hat sich inzischen so sehr geändert, dass man im Corallo auch unter der Woche reservieren muss. Nach der sehr gelungenen Vergrößerung des Restaurants um einen Lounch-Bereich hat das Lokal ein wirklich ansprchendes Ambiente. Zu empfehlen sind vor allem die Fischgerichte. Aber auch Pasta und Pizza sind in der Regel überdurchschnittlich gut. Unter dem großen Andrang hat der freundliche Service manchmal etwas zu leiden. Aber, wenn das Essen dann etwas später, aber in guter Qualität auf den Tisch kommt, lässt sich leicht darüber weg sehen. Die Wein- und Grappaauswahl ist ordentlich.
