Today I waited to be served... read more I have visited Harpers a few times as a local and although I find the food produce to be pretty good, the customer service is poor. Today I waited to be served at the deli and it took a good 5 minutes for the girl behind the counter to stop playing around with boxes. Then she decided it was more important to serve to a regular who pushed in. Neither acknowledged this and carried on. This isn't the first time either that I've encountered their staff to be pretty arrogant and snooty. Good local produce, but suggest staff need to be trained to acknowledge their customers, otherwise they will go simply elsewhere...

Got myself a vegetarian Toasted Foccasia. Was amazing! This little Gem has Fresh LOCAL fruit and Veg. Everything in this place seemed local but if not Australian. You have a great array of organic, vegetarian and Vegan products & Gluten Free. Also they have meat items like their fresh made sausages in the back fridges. If its a coffee and a raspberry chocolate brownie or a lemon cupcake and cocoa hot chocolate this is the place for you. I picked up a few items here. Weekend treat for my children to make at home, Chocolate Rice Pudding, with coconut and cranberry. Treated myself to a delish Organic Coconut Nectar Syrup. (Substitute for sweeteners or maple syrup) I just love my coconut.Must try this place!!
