We regularly order food from Culley's for our work meetings, and it consistently impresses us. There's rarely any leftovers! Melissa has excellent communication skills; I made a last-minute change to our schedule, and she handled it without a hitch.
The food was good, but entrance wasn't very accessible for a walker or wheelchair. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
I ordered a $15 burger with all the toppings, but when I opened it at work, I was shocked to find just a burger patty and a small sprinkle of fried onions. Underneath the patty was a pathetic piece of soggy lettuce and a single slice of tomato that looked like it had been cut from a cherry tomato. This was completely unacceptable for a burger priced so high, so I took it back for a refund. The woman at the counter explained that she must have mixed up my order with a regular burger and refunded my money without any issues. Honestly, even if I had ordered a standard $12 burger, I would still have been incredibly disappointed.
