Harper's - O'CONNOR

I have been to Harpers a few times as a local, and while I think the food is pretty good, the customer service leaves something to be desired. During my most recent visit, I waited at the deli counter for 5 minutes while the girl behind the counter was preoccupied with boxes. When she finally decided to help, she prioritized serving a regular customer who had cut in line ahead of me. Neither of them acknowledged this, and they continued with their interactions. This is not the first time I have found the staff to be arrogant and snooty. While the local produce is of good quality, I suggest that the staff be trained to acknowledge and prioritize all customers, or they may risk losing them to other establishments.

I have frequented this café on numerous occasions. The coffee is exceptional and they offer a variety of tantalizing sweet treats, including Rawsome options with no sugar or dairy. Their rolls and focaccias are also delicious. You can enjoy your lunch outside at tables and stools in the shade, where you can catch a summer breeze. Additionally, it doubles as a fruit and vegetable shop, offering a selection of groceries not typically found in supermarkets - giving it a true Fremantle vibe. They also have a lovely floristry section with beautiful flowers. The service is top-notch, with the young owners and staff members being incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's a place you'll definitely want to return to.

Love Harpers, always has so many delicious and healthy food options, the fresh fruit n veg are always quality, and love the service and atmosphere here! And the most amazing fresh flowers for sale. Harpers always has an eye for the unusual as well as for quality in anything they do! Great coffee too.

I enjoyed the deli roll I ordered! I brought my children here for lunch but there weren't many choices for them. I was surprised that the Fresh Organic Range was limited despite the good reviews. This place is better for takeout options like patties, salads, and baked goods. It could use more variety for kids' meals.

I really want to like this place as it's in a great location and the produce/products are great but the service is terrible. The owners are moody and barley crack a smile. I want to support local but it's hard to want to go back when there just isn't a happy/positive vibe. Plenty of other produce/coffee places near by that tick all the boxes.
