The owners are moody and barley crack a smile. I want to support local but it's hard to want to go back when there just isn't a happy/positive vibe. Plenty of other produce/coffee places near by that tick all the boxes.

Today I waited to be served... read more I have visited Harpers a few times as a local and although I find the food produce to be pretty good, the customer service is poor. Today I waited to be served at the deli and it took a good 5 minutes for the girl behind the counter to stop playing around with boxes. Then she decided it was more important to serve to a regular who pushed in. Neither acknowledged this and carried on. This isn't the first time either that I've encountered their staff to be pretty arrogant and snooty. Good local produce, but suggest staff need to be trained to acknowledge their customers, otherwise they will go simply elsewhere...

Both my partner and I couldn't stop raving... read more I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to share my experience with this coffee—it's unlike anything I've ever had! Both my partner and I couldn't stop raving about it. You have to try it; once you do, you won’t want coffee anywhere else. I even traveled 30 minutes just for a cup today! I also sampled the mint and chocolate raw balls, and they were absolutely incredible. I can’t wait for my next visit for another treat and a cup of coffee. Thanks, ladies! Oh, and I must mention how beautiful the cut flowers in the shop are too! I love your place!
