The employees were incredibly rude. I simply asked for some honey mustard, so why the attitude? Is this a Popeyes?
This restaurant can be inconsistent. We only select it because it's the nearest option. The drive-thru service is quick, but the lobby frequently suffers from cleanliness issues, with sticky floors and flies in the area. I really hope they can find a manager who knows how to keep the place in better condition.
This is one of the rare places that consistently gets your order right and serves it fresh every time!
The staff that were working tonight at 9:30 on 04/11/2024 did not seem to really care too much about the customer “service” part of their jobs. The guy that took our order had very short/abrupt answers and continuously said “huh, I can’t hear you”. We tried to order a few things that they were apparently out of and each time he would say “we don’t have that” without giving us any alternatives or listing what exactly they currently had/ didn’t have. Once we got to the second window to pick up our food we order a diet dr. Pepper the guy was super nice but when we asked if it was actually diet he stumbled across his words and awkwardly said yes. I took a few sips and it very clearly wasn’t diet. I was not going to be a jerk and ask him for a new one because diet is just a preference. But that could be a huge deal for someone who is diabetic. Lastly, I had asked for sweet and sour for my TEN piece nugget and did not get the sauce so we asked for sweet and sour..we were handed ONE. This is not my first unfortunate encounter at this location but this has definitely been the most frustrating experience thus far. I totally get that these are all small world problems and at the end of the day my meal was correct for the most part. My biggest issue is the lack of professionalism that I encountered tonight. Regardless of this being a fast food restaurant, it is still a business that is solely based on customer service and there were staff that lacked that basic skill.
If I could give them a zero, I definitely would. The customer service is awful; they really need to hire new staff. One employee in particular needs to be fired, which is probably why this Wendy's has such poor reviews.
While the restaurant offers enticing deals and delicious food options like chili cheese fries and Frosty's, the customer experience can be hit or miss. Long wait times, staff professionalism issues, and inconsistently prepared orders are frequent complaints. The atmosphere struggles with cleanliness, especially in the dining area. Many patrons appreciate the hardworking staff, but a lack of efficient service detracts from the overall experience. Despite these challenges, some enjoy the fast service at the drive-through and have noted improvements over time.

There have been notable improvements over time! My family now visits quite often, but we still prefer takeout because the dining area doesn’t always match the cleanliness standards of other local establishments. In my initial review, I pointed out that the drive-thru was busy, with couples' cars and two customers inside, which seemed to hinder the staff from cleaning the restaurant properly. Many tables were sticky, the floor was messy, and there were flies buzzing around the dining area. It really didn’t feel like a brand-new restaurant that had been open for less than six months.
I always have a wonderful experience here with delicious hot food and amazing deals. Options like 4 for $4 and 2 for $5 make it even more appealing. I'm a huge fan of Frosty's!
I usually don’t write reviews for chain fast food restaurants, but this particular location truly deserves my attention. The manager or owner present on the evening of January 20, 2022, definitely deserves a raise! When I arrived, there were around 10 cars in line, but they managed everything efficiently and without any delays. My order was perfect, fresh, and well worth the $11 I spent. A big shoutout to Cynthia and her team for providing such a great experience!
If they want to haare in their food and fly in their drink, check out this place. twice we found haare, once in cheeseburger and in a burrito. then there was a nice juicy fly in the sprite, we only found it because it felt really easy for a little. Anyway, this place is pretty rough.
Great service. Great food. The Wendy's on West Rd is worth stopping by. The Manager on duty at the time, Pam, was very helpful and courteous.

The fries were fresh, and even though I ordered grilled chicken, I was served breaded chicken instead. Nonetheless, it was still quite delicious.
I ordered a 10-piece regular nugget but only received 7. I also got a 4-piece spicy nugget but only found 2 in that container too. That's just really disappointing.
The Seasoned Potatoes were fantastic, but both the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and the Sausage Biscuit had an unpleasant, chemical flavor that rendered them completely inedible.
Disappointe about four times they have forgot or stolen my drinks The cheeseburger was dry the bun was  Mushy! do not recommend
It was decent food its Wendys its always good but I asked my dasher to ask them if I could get a side of cheese sauce and he called me because they lady told him its a dollar extra...A WHOLE DOLLAR?? Have yall seen the side sauce cups Wendys go to hell

Unfortunately, the service fell below what one typically expects from fast food establishments these days—slow and unfriendly. The primary reason I’m not giving this Wendy's any stars is due to its cleanliness. The trash cans out front were overflowing, the iconic Wendy’s ketchup pumps were not functioning and were covered in ketchup residue, the Coke Freestyle machine had syrup running down the front, and the tables were sticky with food crumbs. It seems like the staff is overworked and understaffed, so it’s likely that no one is dedicated to maintaining cleanliness. This leads me to wonder what the kitchen and food preparation areas must look like.
This is one of the dirtiest Wendy's locations I've ever visited. It's unfortunate that corporate doesn't seem to be addressing these reviews, or perhaps they simply don't care. If the public areas are in such poor condition, I can't imagine what the kitchen must be like. The management appears to be either indifferent or lacking the skills needed to effectively manage their staff and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
A big thank you to Leslie! My family and I stopped by last night (11/14/22) for a quick meal. My salad was perfect, and my son's chicken nuggets were spot on. My husband’s double cheeseburger wasn’t quite right, though. When we brought it to the counter, Leslie kindly asked what was wrong and promptly fixed it with a huge smile. The new burger was hot and fresh, just like Wendy’s used to be! Above all, Leslie’s exceptional customer service went above and beyond our expectations. Please make sure she is recognized for her outstanding hospitality!
I was eager to try Wendy’s chili cheese fries today, and they definitely lived up to my expectations. The service was okay. Since the dining area was closed, I can’t comment much on the atmosphere. It was Friday night, but I only saw two employees working behind the window. It was clear they were busy and tired. The take-out line for cars was long. A big shoutout to those two dedicated workers—wishing them fair wages and appreciation!
The door and Google Maps show that Wendy’s is open until 1 or 2 AM, but during my last six visits around midnight, I’ve only found two employees inside who either say they’re closed or ignore the drive-thru. It feels like they’re avoiding customers. They definitely need to update their hours or hire more reliable staff. Every other Wendy’s I’ve been to has been much better!
