I also had to remind the staff about my Baja Blast Freeze and Cinnamon Twists, which took longer than expected to arrive. While I was waiting for my Cinnamon Twists, I overheard one of the ladies in the back say, “I hate customers,” which is disheartening given that these customers are the reason for their income. Additionally, every table that my partner and I tried to sit at was extremely dirty, with food, sauce, and used napkins scattered everywhere. I also waited for about five minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. To make matters worse, a relative of two employees came in, got their food, chatted for a while, and went back without informing anyone that I had been waiting. Overall, while the food was decent aside from the tomatoes on my taco, the customer service was very poor.

I come here often and they need to get rid of the workers who are blantaly rude. I was in tonight and had a mobile order, waited 25 minutes. Unacceptable. Not to mention the worker that gave me my food was rude to me and j was patient didn’t complain once. I won’t be back.

The drive-thru always seems to be malfunctioning, and it appears that no one is ever working, including the managers. They don’t accept cash, and the employees are unwilling to communicate with customers, expecting us to navigate everything through a computer screen. It’s hard to believe this is a Taco Bell. Management clearly needs to be replaced because this level of service is unacceptable in today’s world.
