I also had to remind the staff about my Baja Blast... read more I ordered a single Doritos taco and specifically requested it without tomatoes, but it still came with them. I also had to remind the staff about my Baja Blast Freeze and Cinnamon Twists, which took longer than expected to arrive. While I was waiting for my Cinnamon Twists, I overheard one of the ladies in the back say, “I hate customers,” which is disheartening given that these customers are the reason for their income. Additionally, every table that my partner and I tried to sit at was extremely dirty, with food, sauce, and used napkins scattered everywhere. I also waited for about five minutes without being acknowledged by any staff. To make matters worse, a relative of two employees came in, got their food, chatted for a while, and went back without informing anyone that I had been waiting. Overall, while the food was decent aside from the tomatoes on my taco, the customer service was very poor.
