Today I was at the My Stop rest stop in the Pfyl bakery mentioned above. The lady who was responsible for me and my order was as unfriendly and displeased as I have rarely experienced. Unfortunately there is a lot of room for improvement at the Affoltern am Albis location (My Stop service area) products are not fresh and service is unfriendly. Unfortunately the high prices are not justified...
Pfyl Bakery is great otherwise, just not here. The older saleswoman had been coughing constantly today and unfortunately sometimes didn't cover her mouth with her hand. That's not possible! Will definitely not come back!
Unfortunately the quality has declined in recent years. The staff is very unfriendly and because you don't receive any service but have to fetch and clear everything yourself, the prices are too high.
An amazing choice of cakes. All delicious. The bakery is open on the of August.
Unfriendly service at MyStop. Wanted to have coffee and cake. Negative and freezing cold employee climate. Never again!
