This Wendy's location has become quite pathetic. We stopped here to pick up a quick meal on our way to a Christmas event. Before we placed our order, we specifically asked if they had baked potatoes. The young lady working the counter went back and checked, and she came back and confirmed they did indeed have baked potatoes.At that time, we went ahead and placed our order. We ordered 6 meals. They fairly quickly got the majority of the order together and bagged. Well, that is where it all went wrong. We waited [with 97% of our order left sitting on the counter] for over 30 minutes. Why? Because they DID NOT have any baked potatoes. So, they were making these potatoes in the back in the MICROWAVE. They nuked the potatoes. They nuked them so bad that the potatoes were not even editable. Meanwhile, after they finally managed to get the baked potatoes done and put into our bag, we proceeded to check the order only to find the 97% of the food that was done and bagged sitting on the counter went completely COLD.Every single time, we have been to this particular location in the last 6 months they have consistently done one thing right, and that is, they consistently screw up every single order. After this latest experience and others recently, we will not be returning to this location. Beyond unacceptable.
Rude employee I was there at 1:45 pm. Jan 25th, 2024. Employee told me to speak up, and when I did, she said not to yell at her. I said I wanted a 20 pc nugget, so instead of just ringing up two tens, she rudely had to tell me they don't have a 20pc. She kept rudely asking if I was done, like I would tell you when Im done .I left without finishing my order. Won't be returning.
Team freaked out at the window because I “drove off at the speaker” when I literally was told “sorry for your wait, go ahead and pull around” at said speaker.Such an unprofessional team.
I purchased a Double Bacon Classic with mustard, onion, tomato. I received a double, no bacon with mayo, ketchup, onion, tomato, pickles and lettuce. I tried calling in but no one will answer. Food wasn't even hot. I do not recommend this particular Wendy's.
There is always something wrong at this Wendy’s. How is it that every time I come here the system is down. I came on 11/2/2023 8:50pm going to the drive through no employees were in the kitchen . They were all in the lobby playing what looks like a card game then tell you the systems are down
