I ordered Halloween cookies and paid to have them delivered a day before the party. The Order did not arrive until 3 days after and even then, it was only half the order which still has not arrived and wont until end of the week. So the cookies missed the party and the holiday. Spent $110.00 on order because they missed the party and the month of October, they offered me a $15.00 credit on my next order. I said no thank you. Bad deal wouldn't order from them again.
Awful! The worst Customer Service! Placed an order on 9/13, the delivery date was pushed out till 9/27, today is 9/28 and they have not been received. Called CS three times, wasting 53 mins total on the phone. A supervisor would Not come to the phone and all they said was that the cookies would arrive on 10/6! No compensation for my time and aggravation! I have been a Loyal Customer but not anymore. I will see if I receive my refund.
I spent well over an hour, last night, to find just the right cookies for my cousin. She's in a nursing home after suffering a paralyzing stroke. She's been craving cookies and so I ordered from Cheryls. I was so excited for her to get it. I checked the status and there was NOTHING THERE!!!!! No record of it anywhere Guts me b/c she really needed this pick me up. I will now go to look for a reputable company who will come through.

Received a box of Cheryl 's cookies from a neighbor today. Upon opening the thank you box, I noticed that one of the packaged cookies had little flecks of black mold on it. Two other buttercream cookies frosting looked like discoloring on some of the frosting was starting. I went to the website to contact customer service. Because I didn 't order them and did not have a tracking number (since it was hand delivered to me by my neighbor), they were unable to help me with my moldy cookies. Basically the CSR said that there was nothing she could do since I did not have a tracking number and my neighbors name did not match any orders in the system. Understandably, my neighbor may have regifted these cookies to me, however the cookies should not have been moldy. At the very least, the company should have sent me a replacement box. But now I can 't even recommend the company to anyone. I would hate to send a box to a friend and have it be moldy. Thats pretty gross. Uploaded the cookies into the photos... you can see the mold.
