When you got a family of five and you're rushing, and it's really hard to double check the bag, that's really annoying. It takes 10 seconds to check 8t before i get it. I normally don't complain, but this is like a spot I literally avoid now. Fast food sucks as is, doesn't need to be even worse with the lack of care.
