I had a wonderful dining experience, with beautiful food and excellent service from start to finish. I made a reservation for a birthday celebration with six of my friends from Edinburgh, and we were delighted by the variety of options on the menu. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
A huge thank you for a wonderful birthday meal! The food was amazing, as always. We opted for the fixed menu, and it was fantastic. The quality and attention to detail in every aspect of the service are unmatched in the city. This is truly my favorite place to eat!
Wow, wow. what a fantastic meal we had. Eating service wein and whisky were all excellent. give yourself a tasty bite and go to dinner after etive. they will not regret it.
We are at Etive last night. Undoubtedly one of the best meals I've ever had in Oban. David was such an excellent host and John was making magic in the kitchen. I was driving so David came up with an imaginative and delicious non alcoholic cocktail for me alongside my husband's negroni. The chicken liver parfait was so delicate and the squid and chorizo starter was delicious and just the right size. 2 rib eye steaks cooked exactly as we wanted them, fabulously crunchy chips and sweet ripe tomatoes in the salad. David's recommendations of wine to go with each course were spot on. What a wonderful evening, thank you.
