Contribute FeedbackYoshi's, a celebrated institution in the Bay Area, offers a vibrant blend of delicious Asian-inspired cuisine and exceptional live entertainment. Diners rave about the warm, accommodating service, though some note the occasional slow response during busy periods. The sushi is praised for its freshness, albeit with mixed feedback on pricing relative to portions. While the ambiance is generally elegant, the concert space can feel cramped, yet the sound quality enhances the experience. With talented musicians and a diverse menu, Yoshi's remains a beloved destination for memorable nights filled with great food and captivating performances.
I had an amazing experience and will definitely be returning! Everything exceeded my expectations.
Yoshi's is always a fantastic spot to enjoy a Dinner and a Show!! They offer Asian-inspired cuisine, from appetizers to full meals, including a variety of sushi options. It's a great place to gather with friends and enjoy entertainment, ranging from local artists to well-known performers. Last night, my friends and I were dancing along to a performance by Musiq Soulchild - it was another amazing show! Yoshi's never fails to impress!
We tried the sushi and found it to be delicious. The drinks were also quite strong and enjoyable.
Service was excellent. We ordered the Pork chop and Cod and both were amazing!! Strongly recommended!
This was my first time coming to Yoshi’s. I was very turned off by one of the hostess’ upon arrival. Before i made it to the venue i called them to notify that i will be late, the hostess on the phone said it would be fine she’ll make a note. When i got there the hostess in a way was making fun of my name and i didn’t like that at all. I repeated it multiple times. I handed her my ID so she could find out reservation because she wasn’t understanding me, at this point the other hostess jumped in to help and finds our reservation, at that point the initial hostess LAUGHED and turned the screen around to show me how my name was “ misspelled” and it totally wasn’t. Hostess number 2 grabs menus and walks us to the sushi bar, and say “ sorry about that, happy birthday to my friend), let me check on your seats i will be upgrading your seats to make your night special” and she didn’t, our seat were in the back corner , i knew that would be the case because we were so late. Also, our server was very overwhelmed and made ordering very hard.
