I placed a simple order for takeout over the phone: shepherd's pie, a medium-cooked burger, and wings with bleu cheese. Despite telling them three times about the shepherd's pie, when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready. After waiting for a total of an hour, I received an incomplete order with an overcooked burger and undercooked egg, and the bleu cheese for the wings was missing. The manager showed indifference to the situation and didn't seem interested in fixing the mistake. My advice would be to give accurate time estimates for takeout orders and ensure staff are properly trained. The wings were the only redeeming aspect of my experience.
