KFC
Description
At the KFC in Altoona, Pennsylvania, customers express a mix of satisfaction and disappointment. While the restaurant boasts a clean and refurbished ambiance with friendly staff, concerns about food quality loom large. Patrons frequently report overcooked or stale items, with some even experiencing foodborne illnesses. Unique offerings, like the fusion menu with Taco Bell, have received positive feedback, yet nostalgic favorites like the Zinger burger have fallen short of expectations. Overall, despite its convenient location and good service, the recurring issues with food safety and quality lead many to reconsider their dining choices at this establishment.

4 piece regular, only one side ? enjoyed the cole slaw.Parking: mini mall parking lot, plenty of spaces
Placed large order at the counter. Over $120. The guy who took the order was miserable. Charged us $7 for bbq sauce. After asking guy at pick up (who was about to give us free bbq and the first guy yelled at him) if everything was there I mistakenly left. Drove half hour home to find I was shorted a 12 party pack of tacos $24 bucks down the drain. Haven't been to this location in years. It's changed a lot.
My girlfriend sandwich had black mold on it and the manager didn't even say he was sorry , He didn't say oh sorry is there any thing else you would like handed her her money and thats it We'll never come back to this
Good ole Kfc and the 13 spices...a favourite always. Now if only they could make the zinger again and have it like the original from Trinidad, the last attempt a few years back was pathetic at best, not spicy, not flavoufull a cruncher posing as a zinger.
