After asking guy at pick up (who was about... read more Placed large order at the counter. Over $120. The guy who took the order was miserable. Charged us $7 for bbq sauce. After asking guy at pick up (who was about to give us free bbq and the first guy yelled at him) if everything was there I mistakenly left. Drove half hour home to find I was shorted a 12 party pack of tacos $24 bucks down the drain. Haven't been to this location in years. It's changed a lot.

Unfor... read more Today, I ordered KFC for myself and a soda for my coworker, while another colleague had it delivered through DoorDash. We both opted for the famous bowls. Unfortunately, we both ended up needing to use the bathroom multiple times afterward, and the problems persisted even after I got home. The coworker who ordered delivery had to throw away her chicken because it was raw. Given that her chicken was undercooked, I'm concerned mine might have been as well, putting me at risk for food poisoning or salmonella. It’s concerning when there are issues with two separate orders, and it's hard to believe a soda could make someone sick!
