They are large tamales wrapped in banana leaves and paper, filled with creamy and flavorful masa and tender pork (just be cautious of any bones). The salsa bar offers a variety of tasty options, including fresh lemon and pickled paprika. The smoky chipotle salsa pairs well with the rich tamale, but the fresh salsa is also a good choice. Keep in mind that they only accept cash. The service is very friendly.

Including infinite chips/5 types of salsa/salsa bar condiments, it's alot of food! Hot chocolate was randomly delicious. Decor is charming... the Latino music is pleasant, Shazam-able, and perfectly volumed. Super clean. Places like these are mad crowded, so perfect place to relax and eat inside. Wish I spoke Spanish but she tried English. Good menu selection. Solid 4 star... 5 star anything Bay Area is hard to get.
