The donuts were very fresh and filling. The outside was very soft

They did not give an adequate amount of Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon. For what we paid to have 3pieces in each bag is unacceptable

Been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt for a few months but the orders are slow coming out even with ordering through the app. The orders are sometimes wrong. I've tried to use the free drink coupon through the app a couple of different ways (adding it to the order via the app or leaving it off and have them scan the QR code) but usually they don't want to do it or tell me I have to do it another way. It's not worth it if you're in a rush. Barely worth it if you're not.

For me it's hit or miss. Donuts are stale sometimes. Sometimes drinks are made incorrectly (last year I was given an iced latte instead of my iced pumpkin cinnamon sugar like on the sticker and she drowned my drink in syrup and refused the toppings because she was mad at me I guess). Not all employees are equal in speed, customer service, or drink making capabilities. I think more training just needs to happen is all. The girl who rang us up today was super nice. I felt so bad for her because a customer who came in after us went off on her for things out of her control (change shortage and waiting on a sandwich). My drinks were also made perfectly this time. However I noticed every time that not all employees call out orders, they just place it on the hand off. If they told me to listen for my order number and everyone called out order numbers it may work more smoothly.

I come to this place fairly often and sometimes it?s good but most of the time it?s not, they are frequently out of bagels in the morning and other items. they frequently mess up your order, or if they get it correct it just doesn?t taste good. sometimes things taste good but many times they just taste bad. Sometimes they make the best coffee but often it tastes like it?s been watered down or something But that being said many of the employees are quite nice
