Description

Tucked into Park Blvd, Diggery Inn is a cozy, family‑run breakfast and lunch staple known for fresh‑baked biscuits, waffles, French toast, generous scrambles and hearty portions. Regulars praise the warm, neighborhood atmosphere, friendly staff, indoor/outdoor seating and laptop‑friendly calm. Drawbacks include occasional service hiccups—mobile order delays, uneven food temperature, menu timing limits (fries before 11am)—and inconsistent omelet preparation. With better consistency and value alignment, this comforting spot could easily strengthen its beloved local reputation.

The Good: This place has excellent food! The tuna sandwich was phenomenal and the eggs benny were pretty good! The coffee is fresh, hot, and delicious. Service was quick, and the food came out exactly on time. The ambiance is pretty good, with decent decor and clean surfaces. The bad: The service is... mixed. The waitstaff are not very outgoing but that's hardly a concern. They do check to make sure things are in stock and that means a lot. The ugly: Breakfast ran $50 for 2, so it's not cheap eats. But for a special treat, totally worth it! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge street parking Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, meets or exceeds ADA

It’s a very peaceful place, perfect for working on your laptop. An unpretentious spot with no frills, it serves a great waffle and delicious French toast. The total for two breakfasts was $42.

Solid neighborhood place, with all of your favorite brunch options done well, plus warm staff. We walzed right in at 10am on a Saturday and got a table for six with zero wait. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was quite juicy even with sauce on the side. Bathroom is pretty snug, but quite clean.
