Not bad at all. Had two breakfasts here and the order is prepared quickly. Staff is friendly and is described. Located well and has upstairs siting area. The menu is quite extensive and has major american dishes. Not crowded and portions are very generous. Recommend this place.

I work in downtown Oakland about once a month and usually have to catch something fast. I recently discovered Delegate and will be back. I ordered the avocado toast to go with simple eggs and they were FAST. I have there a few minutes before 12 and between my order and my order, it probably took five minutes. I must have beaten the lunch break, but this is a quick service. When I brought it back to the office, the eggs were still heated, but at the moment I ate them perfectly runny. Friendly and efficient service combined with a large avocado toast. I will be back to try the other items in the menu!
I want to go back again and again here because all their foods taste so good.The interior decor is captivating and inviting, and the food here is exceptional.
I love everything about this place and always look forward to my next visit!
