Delegates was recently featured by Soleil Ho in the Chronicle as one of many Asian-American owned and operated restaurants that excel at serving classic diner dishes, so I had to stop by and try it. The BBQ burger, for instance, was enormous and very satisfying—so much so that ordering a side of fries ended up being too much food to handle all at once. View all feedback.
Burger was bomb! full size patty, no excess bungalow problems. quickly grab equator cold coffee in the morning. the breakfast sounds good, can't wait to try the next. Welcome to oakland!
Delegates makes really good food for cheap prices. You can't get an $8 burger outside of fast food these days in the bay. Plus the bacon jam is just ridiculously good. I brought my computer and worked there in the morning. Really good breakfast (the hashbrowns slap) plus relaxing vibes and a solid playlist. Definitely coming back.
Unexpected find! Delicious huge sandwich! The bread is grilled to crispy perfection and French fries were fresh an hot. Yummy!
Absolutely amazing. The food was top shelf! Would definitely recommend to friends and out of town guests!
Not bad at all. Had two breakfasts here and the order is prepared quickly. Staff is friendly and is described. Located well and has upstairs siting area. The menu is quite extensive and has major american dishes. Not crowded and portions are very generous. Recommend this place.
