What Helene Kuphal doesn't like about Biryani Tika Kabab Halal Indian Pakistani Cuisine:
Long story short the food was okay and the service was really bad. The cook gave me the stink eye for 10 minutes from the kitchen while my food sat cooling on the counter. My mango lasse had too much ice for my sensitive teeth and took up nearly a third of the cup. Additionally, when I went into place the order the dish was $4 more than the amount posted on the window. This seems to be a common thread downtown Oaklan... View all feedback.
The first time they stop here, the owner is friendly. the place is big not fancy, top notch eat flavors .! we had cheese nan, goat biryani, pfefferhemn lamb seah kabab . all dishes were tasty and fresh made, will definitely return.
I love eating here! the cheese naan, biryani are the best in the city. Whenever I have a bad day, I'll eat this. the taste is consistent, seasoned correctly and the meat is delicate. I'm glad I found her after she left the 13th. St location. this is a definitiv attempt if they want a delicious meal in the interior of oakland!
I have ordered veg and non veg and both are good tasty. Food was prepared based on order only, food was not pre prepared which is really good, very few restaurant serving fresh food. Ordered items: Lam biryani Tandoor chicken Kadai chicken Aloo gobi Naan Tandoor roti Tea lovers please order tea, Its really good
Great food. Best tikka Marsala I’ve had and I have been to all of these places in the Berkeley area. Fresh food nice people. Went to A Pakistani place on university Avenue in Berkeley and was given ice cold lentils. I felt I was getting old food. So I tried this place. The reviews were spot on and I go here now. The lentils and aloo naan are superb.
I went to a date with a girl and their friends. I ordered pakoras, tandoori, Briyani and mango Lassi for 4 people. Ended up sending $100+. The owner was most accommodating that it can be. I was surprised there were not many customers since we went before 5pm. No regrets because this is only place in East Bay which has authentic Pakistani taste. I am literally fan of their Briyani which has all the elements of Karachi Briyani.
