I have worked fast food so... read more I am highly disappointed in what I received today. My food was hot and good but I didn't order dirty soda water which is what I got. I have worked fast food so I know where this could have came from. 1. Dirty ice machine 2. Not cleaning soda dispenserknobs. Since my drink was no ice I canceled out #1. This is just disgusting in so many ways. I Ordered this at 11am and now mythroat is bothering me

If the issue is hiring quality people due to prices I don?t mind paying extra for good service. This review is not to bash but to let owners know that service is not great because of long wait when only a total of five cars in line,incorrect information given at ordering (stating they don?t have a certain type of chicken when ordering but having it whenpaying), we asked for watered down lemonade and given a water and a lemonade to mix ourselves, no utensils, straws or napkinsgiven, witnessing horse play by employees while at check out. My visit was on Saturday October 29 at about 3:00 PM. I hopethings get better for this store, local and tasty fried chicken comes in handy at times.

This is primarily a... read more The workers are not rude, but not pleasant either. They basically ignore you, and act as if customers are a hassle that comes with the job. This is primarily a chicken restaurant, but they are always out. I could understand if they were temporarily outof mac cheese, but every time I go, they are out of chicken and have to wait for it to cook. A couple years ago the place wasgreat, but it has really gone downhill.

Was there today and a older couple wanted to open the shades, lady told then no, they was trying to keep the heat in. They went to there car to eat. This used to be our favorite place to eatlunch. Would be a great place for a Bojangles. Won?t go back.
