I visited this store at a slow time, so that may be to their advantage, but i has a positive experience. Bright, cheerful and quick service for order entry. Food took a little while to arrive but was fresh and was well prepared. Love the new store design, which has some elevated seating and always a plus, international soccer on TVs!!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
The staff is fantastic, but they frequently get orders wrong. During my last visit, they filled my kilogram of tea with ice cream, even though I had only requested a small amount of ice cream. When I brought it to their attention, they refused to correct it, stating that the ice cream was made of tea and that they had run out of tea bags to prepare a fresh batch around 2:15 PM. I would rate the food a solid 4 out of 5—it was delicious and well-prepared. The service was also impressive, earning a 4 out of 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly.
