Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant Scratch on Lake has been receiving mixed reviews from customers. While some enjoyed the food and friendly service, others encountered issues such as reservation mix-ups and slow service. The menu was praised for its consistency with the original Scratch location, and the dishes like the Cuban sandwich and Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese received positive feedback. The atmosphere was also highlighted as a positive aspect of the restaurant, with customers appreciating the relaxed and welcoming vibe. Overall, Scratch on Lake seems to have potential as a neighborhood favorite, but some improvements in service and attention to detail may be needed to ensure a consistently positive dining experience.
That was my first time to eat here. I've been walking by a lot and always wanted to go in, and I finally made it. I really liked all T.V.s at the walls, as it made for many things to see. my waiter was fabulous and so was the cheeseburger I had. the French pommes were just in order, so next time I try another side. I'm looking forward to tasting her Mac cheese.
Good specials Monday to Friday eating was quickly served hot, but was a bit salty.
Eating was just as good as the original scratch point. identical menu. I asked for a tito’s and club soda. I was informed that they didn't have tito. only hanks. Never heard of it. it was good. then my friend pointed to the shield titos on the wall. that was the least of our problems. the drinks took forever. we said the bartender was preoccupied. we weren't told. when it was time for the bill, that was just as long as it was unpretentious.
Bad service. and some of the foods were not as we demanded. sad experience. new I know, but it should have been better
Noisy, crowded an disappointing. Disappointed both times we've been there. The concept is interesting but the specialty burgers are just not that special.
