New staff, very friendly and professional
Picked up a chai latte and some snacks for the family. My drive through experience was quick and our order was on point. This place has an OG DD vibe. I can’t speak to the interior, I didn’t have the chance to check it out but I did see customers entering by foot.
I asked for a caramel latte ice and it tasted like just regular coffee and my bagel has barely any cream get your sh!! Together I’m paying for it . It’s not free

Upon entering the restaurant, the music was so loud that it felt more like a nightclub than a dining establishment. The young woman who served me was eating while attempting to converse, which made it challenging to hear her over the blaring music. This indicated a noticeable lack of discipline and professionalism. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this particular Dunkin' Donuts to anyone. The countertops at my table were greasy, and there were crumbs all over the floor. In summary, I suggest that this location consider hiring a new manager.
