Stopped in for quick lunch before medical appointment with family. They could not take an order for a quesadilla at 12:50 because apparently they can only take online orders until 1pm. Super inconvenient and rude. Not a place to stop for a quick lunch. View all feedback.
The service and food can be a bit of a gamble; you might have a great experience, or it might not meet your expectations. Parking is limited to a small strip mall. As for wheelchair accessibility, while the restaurant is generally accessible, the front door is quite heavy, so assistance may be needed to get through.
I went to get a bowl with my cousin, I come here often and as I was halfway done with my bowl I happen to bite into a piece of metal which was surprising, I went to the manager and asked for a refund but she insisted.
Chipotle is usually my go to meal anywhere but today’s experience at this location didn’t give me that opportunity. The person making my bowl gave me the wrong meat and when I asked her to correct it she refused me service. Never ever happened to me at any other place. I just left because I didn’t want to create a scene but she kept yelling at my back. I don’t usually write negative reviews but wherever it’s warranted I would like to point it out. Mainly this kind of animosity and attitude shouldn’t be at a place where food is served.I should have read the negative comments here and not have gone to this place. It left me with a very bad experience. I never had that kind of experience before. This location leadership should look into it.
