Andrew, the new server, was exceptional; you would never guess he was new, as he offered fantastic suggestions and was incredibly attentive. The food was outstanding. We even made our Valentine's Day reservations on the spot. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed and seated at the bar. The bartenders—Natalie, Jeanine, and Armondo—were fantastic throughout the evening. They offered a great happy hour menu, so I started with the Pinot Noir, which was just average. Next, I tried a lemon drop martini, and it was quite good, followed by an espresso martini that I also enjoyed. I did send a couple of drinks back because I didn't care for the taste, but the bartenders handled it very well. My friend ordered the cheeseburger, which he found to be okay—just a bit salty—but overall decent. I sampled a chip, and it was tasty. The bill was very reasonable, and I had a wonderful time.

Th... read more The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it! The truffle MEAL chips are absolutely incredible and our favorite appetizer on the menu. The oysters consistently taste fresh. For our main courses, we ordered the Colorado Lamb Chops, Seared Ahi Tuna, and the Cheeseburger. The lamb chops were expertly cooked and seasoned, incredibly tender and juicy. The ahi tuna was beautifully prepared and paired wonderfully with bok choy and sushi rice. The burger was exceptional! The quality of beef was top-notch, making it incredibly juicy and flavorful. I ordered a New Fashioned, which was a delightful twist on the classic Old Fashioned. These cocktails can be dangerous because they go down so smoothly, yet they're quite strong. The Paloma Cita was very light and refreshing as well. We ended the evening with a S'mores Brownie and an Up All Night Cocktail, both of which were perfect choices to wrap up our meal.

Such responses... read more After browsing through other one-star reviews, I’m curious to see how the owner responds, especially considering their somewhat aggressive style. Such responses suggest a lack of professionalism; it doesn’t seem like a true restaurateur is running this place. In 2017, I couldn't get enough of this restaurant. Every visit was fantastic—the steak was perfection, the cocktails were delightful, and the service was usually excellent. I've been a loyal patron since before they had a liquor license, and I even preferred those days! (LOL)

I've visited for anniversaries, New Year’s Eve, birthdays, and more. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted warmly, making you feel right at home. The drinks, food, and desserts are all top-notch, easily a perfect 10/10! The service is equally impressive; the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. I can only say positive things about this place. I'm so glad I discovered it and can’t wait for my next dinner here!
