Sometimes its burnt coffee and other times the americano is drowned out in water. If you get syrups in your drink they will never stir it so it mixes well in to the coffee so at the end you get a mouthful of caramel. More and more I have been going to starbucks nowadays and other local coffee shops. Dunkin just isn't up to par these days.
