Food was as always delicious and served quickly, despite the large number of guests
Very bad service. When we arrived, this eatery was almost empty, there were literally 6-7 people there. We ordered tea and dessert. But they didn't have any desserts. Instead of tea, they brought boiling water with a couple of slices of lemon and not even honey, although it was listed on the menu. Boiling water with lemon here costs 4.50 euros and is served in small cups of approximately 100-150 ml. When the staff realized we wouldn't order food, they started kicking us out of their eatery because they were worried there wouldn't be enough room for potential customers. But again, this eatery was almost empty, and there were a lot of tables there. But apparently the staff is more worried about the extra couple of tens of euros, and not about their reputation. The administrator was rude and arrogant, she looked down on us as if we were beggars, and she was very unhappy when we forced her to bring the promised honey. This honey came in disposable sticks of 2 grams!! If the administrator had behaved tolerantly, then perhaps we would have ordered some food. But she completely ruined our impression with her dissatisfied face, which made us want to leave. I believe that an establishment that serves 100 grams of boiling water with lemon in small cups under the guise of tea and honey in sticks is already positioning itself as cheap and saving money on its visitors. In my country, good establishments value their reputation, love their guests and never kick them out, and we serve tea in a 400 ml teapot with loose leaf tea and other additives, and with sugar in a sugar bowl, and there are desserts on the menu. And this is just a cheap eatery with a bunch of tables, a mediocre interior, questionable cleanliness and rude staff, where guests are sold boiling water for 4.50 euros
