Yesterday I met with my good friends for Nürtingen for professional and private reasons. Since yesterday he was unable to accompany me to dinner in due time, and the traffic jam on the A8 behind Degerloch was still quite clear and I had enough time, I decided to eat something quickly after the nearly 500 kilometers before. Today it should be Italian. Since I already know the Gino, Valentino and another Trattoria near the Gino and have eaten several times there, there should be another place in the row today. Since I visited the switch.bar in the summer, I remember this pizzeria next to it. This is probably an old slaughterhouse building, which lies one piece from the mill road to the rear. In the 1st building there is a Vinothek and a car sign service. In the main building single-storey) there is a brewhouse on the left half and between the brewhouse and the switch. bar and among others cocktail bar) the da Carmine, which was named after the owner's name. The locals are free of cash here. In front of these places, there are plenty of quiet seating for the pleasures for the beautiful season. Parking can be done against ducks in the opposite parking garage or free from 14:00 on the teacher parking next door at school. When you enter the restaurant, the drinks counter is in front of the head, two tables in front, behind the kitchen and right of the pizza oven. On the right it goes into another room and on the left there are some tables or to the back of the kitchen another 3 fours and two tables. The floor is tiled with dark beige tiles, the walls consist of the rupture bricks such that are also used in many Balkan Restaurnats for the arcs) and is otherwise quite beautiful and modern furnishings. There are dark wooden tables with a bright fabric runner in the middle and a candle on the table. The two second oaks were covered with paper servings and cutlery, with the larger tables there are cutlery and servings in one container on the table. I liked the ambience, especially the contrast from old to modern, thus 4 stars for the ambience. I was greeted by the owner nicely shortly after 18:00 hrs. until 18:00 hrs. there is lunch break) and allowed me to choose one of the two free two tables to the left on the wall to the kitchen. This should also be reserved during the week. The right room was already very full, in the left part only the two tables were still free and in front of me the last four table was still free or without a reserved shield. Within a very short time, the guests of the reserved tables also arrived and a couple for the last free table. I was very quickly given the menu by the owner, which was in a black leather coat. The lunch table offers from Mo. Fr. between 11:30 and 14:00. Most pizzas and pasta dishes from the map with a small cute salad are available for 7,50€. There are also some Italian appetizers, pizzas, pasta, salads, fish dishes and some meat dishes. There is also a large selection of wines. I've already ordered a cola, where I was asked for small or large. It should be the big variant. This was very quickly served by the beverage skeleton. Here, however, Pepsi Cola, I prefer the Coca Cola. The small 0.2l version would have cost 2.30€ and my 0.4l version was calculated with 3.30€. Then another waiter appeared, who also kindly welcomed me and accepted my order. Since I had the nearly 500KM long drive back in front of me late in the evening, I left the pizza Focaccia Pizzabrot yesterday with a heavy heart. Once again the Italiano Classiker Penne Arrabiata was ordered for 7,50€ prego molto picante and senza formaggio very sharp and without cheese). After a very short pleasant waiting time for this full place, I got my pasta served in a white plate fortunately without Balsamico ornaments) and I was still wished for good appetite. The pasta beautifully hot, al Dente, on top a little discreetly decorated with greenware and sometimes really molto picante for someone who doesn't like it extremely sharp, it would have been too sharp, but it was ordered by me in Italian language extra so. Herlich, without tabasco with, among other things, Peperonico oil to serve this sharpness and not to get oily sauce served or. there were also no oil backs from the sauce on the empty plate. Good 4 stars for this pasta. Also at the side tables the pizzas did not look small and quite delicious. The other guests like it looked, also very tasted. In the meantime, a discreet search was made as to whether everything OK or the pasta would be sharp enough for me and then whether you were satisfied. Yesterday, the team was very friendly, not a friendly friendliness. Thus also 4 stars this time for the service. Unfortunately, it didn't happen with photos yesterday. Although I sat nicely on the wall and could have snapped a few photos so well, I immediately realized when switching on my digi camera that there was no data card in it: . Oh shitt, which has been stuck since Wednesday due to the photos of the Balkans evaluation from forest fire in my PC.... . In addition to the cash register document, which is printed directly as a hosting document here is very commendable) in the appendix, no photos can be seen today. They will certainly be handed over during the next visit. The payment process also went very fast and on leaving I was still nicely approved by the waiter and the pizza baker. Conclusion: Here, original Italian dishes are served in a beautiful ambience by friendly staff who have fun at their work. I will definitely visit the la Carmine again, for example because of the seating in front of the restaurant and because my pasta has tasted very well here. Fortunately, I was always very happy with my pasta dishes in the other Italian restaurants mentioned above in Nürtingen.
