Yogi Yummy - Nottingham

Took my daughters to get some frozen yogurt and dropped my cup as I was walking away from the cash rep..... before I could even get a bite. Went to the manager as another employee referred to her to ask her if I would be able to replace my cup since I never even got to taste it and she was more attentive to her cell phone than her customers. After calling for her attention 3 times she than told me she wasn 't the manager just an employee and I would have to buy another cup and she would not be able to replace the one I just bought. As a first time customer I am disgusted. I have been to many establishments and mistakes happen and to see your customer not even taste something they just purchased and not replace it just seems ridiculous to me. I will not be back to this establishment

Yogi yummy was epic, i enjoyed my time, and loved it it was epic. my six kids all loved it, and even stopped being sad that their dad is in jail. Thank you so much yogi yummy.

Coconut non fat frozen yogurt with granola,kiwi, strawberry and almonds.....DA BOMB!

If you are deciding on what flavor to get back up away from the machines and cups! Otherwise it gets very crowded and claustrophobic!
