I think all Baltimoreans can agree that the SNICKERDOODLES are to die for! I can remember in my younger years going to the mall and always stopping by the food court for a bag of Snickerdoodles. I don't stop as much because my metabolism isn't the same lol but listen, in my 32 years, these Snickerdoodles are still the best. Beware after that first bite, before you know it, your bag of cookies are gone! : View all feedback.
What TJ Da DJ TV doesn't like about The Great Cookie White Marsh Mall:
The Great Cookie is a gem in any mall that has one! This particular location in White Marsh, is pretty cool. The staff is always pleasant. I have gotten a few 'hard ' cookies from here, but, it 's rare that it happens. Due to the small location, most of their cookies are in the sheet rack in the back and not in the display case. So, you kinda have to know what to ask for, because, they may just have it on the rack. View all feedback.
This is not a great cookie. There are no prices listed on a board anywhere. They weigh and charge the cookies per ounce. The cookies are very small and tasted like cardboard. The staff don't seem to be enthusiastic and we're not talkative whatsoever. Also got the cookies around 1245 prime lunch hour on a weekend and the cookies were stale and not fresh. It's a shame I'm not one to leave a negative review. But the name sounded fun the results were terrible.
Idc what these other reviews say but these cookies are the BEST. literally crack in a bucket?

Came with my coworker to get 2 m&m cookies and asked for icing in the middle. The employee pulls a rack out of the bottom of the cookie case (I didn’t even see it) and there is the cookies I already wanted made with icing so I said sure. Once I took the cookie out of the bag, it was very noticeable that the cookie is old stale. The icing is discolored and the cookie is very hard. Not to mention I was charged $7.36 for this when I bought 10 cookies and one of these (that were made fresh) yesterday 8 22 with the same coworker and was charged $6.10 for them all. So something is fishy. I went back and asked for a refund and was told I cannot get one. Will be going back to speak to a manager when one is in.
