Burgerfi - Nottingham

It took a few minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to be acknowledged at the register despite of a pretty empty place but the staff were friendly. It is a cute little restaurant. Food was terrible and overpriced. Fries had no seasoning and the tenders were just blah. My family and I decided to try it on the fly and we should have just ate in the house. Unfortunately, it will be our first and last time.

I went today for a Jr. bacon cheeseburger and grilled mushrooms and waited over 25 minutes…no updates from anyone…had to check on the food and found it just sitting on the ledge for pickup to go out to me…she handed me the bag and went to quickly check the food…tasted one fry and immediately saw that it was cold and not fresh…no mushrooms were added…asked for a refund that took an additional 7 minutes…they did not want to refund me at first but rather remake it.. why they would offer me that is beyond me when the first order took 25+ minutes…it’s not that good to be waiting that long for some fast food. I know the burgers are made to order but that wait time was excessive.Then in order to give me my refund they had to call the manager who wasn’t answering and finally they got in touch with someone and gave me a refund in cash…won’t EVER be back…rant over

The workers are friendly, efficient, and Jose who helped me smiled. I loved their onion rings and the fries and fries. They were very rich and crunchy. I'll go more

We came by for the $3 cheeseburger promo for National Cheeseburger Day. All we had to do was buy a Free Style beverage. Easy!I ordered mine with white cheddar and raw onions, yum. It was tender and smacking with flavor. They say it is Angus beef. It was delicious. I thought about asking for med-rare, but that would be a study in futility just looking at the staff making the food. It came out with 2 burgers, giving it height, a pleasant surprise. The bun was fresh and had the logo stamped on it. The only thing I did not care for was the chopped onions. They just don't stay put, so it was a fall and gather mission.My husband had the regular American cheese along with lettuce and tomato toppings. He really enjoyed it.These burgers had plenty of mouth feel, and every bite was enjoyed.We also split an order of onion rings, they are cooked to order. Piping hot, crisp, and were at least an inch tall. These were expensive, about $1/ring, and there were 5 in the container.The staff was courteous and helpful, could not have been nicer from the cashier to the servers.This was a lunch we totally enjoyed!Parking is a bit of a challenge, depending on the time of day.
