She's rude, someone's buying a cake behind the counter, it's a special occasion and you just have such a monotone a downer attitude, it's not a good fit. Cheer up girl, you make cake for money.

Pu... read more Visited the Firestone Blvd area of Norwalk and had a pleasant shopping experience here. Where I live, there are no Stater Bros. Markets so, this was a first. Purchased some magazines and beverage for mom, a dental health product, mayo, and salads. For lunch, I had their fried chicken salad which was a steal for only $6.99. Generous portions! Other yelpers have mentioned how good their chicken is. This was a tasty salad--chopped romaine lettuce, slices carrots, grape tomatoes, and shredded cheese. The ingredients listed hard boiled egg but, mine did not have one and that's ok. The cashier was courteous and the greeters at the door were welcoming. On Thursday afternoon, the store appeared clean and neat. My mother in law shops at Stater Bros. in her neck of woods in the low desert area and likes their prices. Would certainly stop by for some things when in Norwalk again. Probably soon. Cheers!

I'm assuming that's because the oil was bad, and I'm so thankful... read more I pre-ordered 36 pieces of chicken for my husband's birthday, and all of it tasted like butane. I'm assuming that's because the oil was bad, and I'm so thankful that none of us got food poisoning. We would much rather support this this grocery store than some of the larger corporations, but at this point I'm not sure we can do that.

Come here 3 times or more a week. Customer service is always on point , friendly employees. They relocated Items and did some upgrade . Meat department is looking real good sexy it is , feels like I'm shopping in Beverly Hills ; . Bakery , this is the only place I get birthday cakes from they always come out great and tasty. Deli chicken always smells bomb from outside sandwiches are good . And the sushi man woot woot! Gets down. Inside there is a coin star , lottery and Red box Machine . A gift card station. The only thing I would recommend for this market is to get lil bells for Meat and Bakery department, because sometimes they take a while to notice customer is waiting.
