I know someone considering applying for the manager role because the overall environment feels quite unwelcoming, with noticeable odors and fingerprints on machines, doors, and countertops. It’s really off-putting. It seems like they might not be hiring qualified staff who are dedicated to enhancing the business, especially since many low-income families depend on this place for affordable meals. The chicken is overly greasy and doesn’t match the classic KFC taste from the 90s. It’s disappointing to see such a famous chain in this state nowadays. I hope this location gets better management soon.
