Carlos is the worst person, he is disrespectful and the last time I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado burrito and he gave me an cold avocado burrito and the meat was all burn black ???? never going to that place again ! View all feedback.
The Rosecrans location offers the freshest, juiciest, and most flavorful El Pollo Chicken. I've tried other locations, but I highly recommend this one.
They serve Tinga burritos—who would've guessed? They're nearly as delicious as my wife's! And just to clarify, she doesn't read my posts.
The customer service was outstanding. I must say, this is one of the fastest and most respectful restaurants I've ever visited.
I've been coming here for plenty of years. The workers have always been nice to me and I've never had an issue at this location. They have always helped me and made sure that my coupons work. Like any other pollo loco, the food is made fast and plenty of options to get.
The cashier was unresponsive to my questions and seemed unsure about how to take orders.
