However, they still don’t offer gluten-free donuts, which is a drawback. With the increasing demand for gluten-free options across the country, this is an area that definitely needs improvement to avoid disappointing customers. I believe they can make this change, so I hope they consider it soon!

This morning at 10 AM, I waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told their entire donut menu was sold out. There was a long line of cars wrapped around, and there should definitely be a sign saying "NO DONUTS" so people can avoid wasting time, especially when heading to work. Is this truly a donut shop?

Dunkin' is supposed to open at 5 AM according to their sign and Google, but they were closed. While I waited, I saw two employees who didn't greet me or inform me it'd be a minute— instead, they ducked behind the counter and avoided doing their jobs. They've been playing peekaboo instead of serving customers. I've been coming to Dunkin' since I was a kid, and the service lately has been disappointing. Not happy at all, especially when I was ready to check out the menu.

However, when I called to ask for a refund for my incomplete food order, I was told that refunds couldn't be processed over the phone. So, I decided to go back to the restaurant to pick up the missing items instead. Unfortunately, there was a long line, and the inside was closed. I tried calling twice during my visit but didn't get any response. Honestly, nobody wants to stand in a long line again for a mistake that was their fault.

As someone who regularly enjoys cold brew, I've noticed that for the last few months, it has had a burnt taste, which is unusual for cold brew. I've only encountered that flavor with iced coffee (and fellow cold brew enthusiasts understand the difference). It's quite troubling.
