KFC - Norwalk
KFC
Description
A recently renovated, attractive spot known for standout comfort dishes — notably chicken pot pie, coleslaw, biscuits and a mild, flavorful fish — and tasty drinks. Patrons praise the food quality and atmosphere, but experiences are inconsistent: long waits, drive‑thru and online pickup delays, order errors and reports of poor back‑of‑house behavior. Prices are a bit high, so expect memorable plates when the kitchen performs, but mixed service reliability.

Wasn't happy with Cole slaw, but replaced,no problem. Staff was very nice. No wait.
I've been there a few times in the last month and every time I go through the drive though the man taking orders seems to intentionally repeat your back to you incorrectly in order to mess with people. The first time I assumed it was a miscommunication but after the second and third I after he repeated an order back to me with items not even on the menu I realized that he was being intentional.
Went to KFC in Norwalk OH and ordered a 12 piece chicken and when I got home and looked we had NO chicken breast and NO wings and they threw the biscuits on top of the chicken. Started eating and the chicken was dried out and splintery. My local gas station serves way tastier chicken then them. Last time I will ever get chicken from there. Yes I called and complained. For the be price they want to charge for chicken, it should be Chef Ramsey quality.
Awesome place, and the dude manager I think his name is Carson should be at the top of corporateKid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed it
I had two visits to this restaurant, both resulting in poor service, especially around 5:25 PM during a family dinner. The portion sizes were misleading compared to what was advertised, and I felt deceived. There were three employees working, but one of them acted like she didn’t understand when I mentioned the $5.00 charge. I also ordered a brownie that was served frozen instead of warm. Another employee was at the register, but instead of assisting customers, she was wiping her hair and face with her gloves on, then proceeded to handle hot food and biscuits using the same gloves—unhygienic and gross. When I realized I hadn’t received the correct order, I went back to ask for additional food, as I mistakenly received individual portions instead of family-sized ones. At the window, a girl in a pink shirt laughed in our faces and told me she wouldn’t give me anything. I asked her to provide the food I had already paid for, but she insisted that I had to leave without it. I tried to explain that I was entitled to my order, but she refused to comply. It was an incredibly frustrating experience with rude staff who clearly didn’t care about customer service. Additionally, there was no manager present, and the lights were off for over an hour after dark, leading customers to believe the restaurant was closed. I did speak with a boy who identified himself as a supervisor on the phone, but he never showed up in person while his employees misbehaved. Overall, the food service rules did not seem to matter to them at all.
