Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I was in the takeout line for 25 minutes, during which a car didn't move for 10 minutes. This was at around 12:25 on a Sunday. However, when I finally got to the window, I was informed that they were too busy to take any more orders.

Please put the sauce that is supposed to come with my food in the bag or box. Stop acting like it's a big deal when I have to ask for the sauce that is included with the order. I'm tired of every time I order from here, it's a gamble whether they remembered to include the sauce I requested. And then they act rude when I have to remind them about it. It's ridiculous.

The service by the staff at the restaurant on 12/10 was terrible! I went to pick up my DoorDash order and the man at the front counter was impolite and had placed the order in the wrong spot. When I inquired about it, he claimed they were still working on it, even though it was already finished. He was very rude.

The line being long is fine I’ll sit for however long I know the struggle of fast food and drive thrus. But we then sat at the window for probably 20+ minutes waiting on the food and after waiting all that time I would at least expect to get some hot food. My boyfriends meal is hot mine is ice cold, so y’all let some food sit there for 20 minutes while you’re dropping four tenders and some fries in the back. Now trying to call back to get some type of compensation for the trouble we went through and getting no answer.

Was there with The Sounds of Joy, everything went well, and the customer service was awesome!! Chicken parm fries weren't bad either!!!
